Player Safety First

Responsible Gaming at z999

We believe gambling should be fun, not a burden. z999 provides every Bangladesh player with the tools and knowledge to keep their gaming experience safe, enjoyable, and always in control.

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

z999 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable betting environment for all players across Bangladesh — from Dhaka and Chittagong to Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. We take our duty of care seriously and have implemented a comprehensive set of responsible gaming tools designed to help you stay in control of your time and spending.

Gambling is a form of entertainment and must remain just that. Whether you enjoy cricket betting during the BPL season, spinning the reels on your favourite slots, or playing live casino games, z999 encourages every player to set clear personal boundaries before they begin. If at any point gambling stops being fun and starts causing stress, financial difficulty, or relationship problems, we urge you to use our self-help tools immediately and reach out to our support team.

Self-Assessment: Is Gambling Affecting You?

Honest self-reflection is one of the most powerful first steps toward healthier gambling habits. Ask yourself the following questions honestly. If you answer 'yes' to two or more, we strongly encourage you to reach out to our support team or use our responsible gaming tools today.

Answer these questions honestly:
  1. Do you gamble with money that was intended for essential expenses like rent, food, or bills?
  2. Have you tried to stop gambling before but found it difficult or impossible to quit?
  3. Do you find yourself spending more time and money gambling than you originally planned?
  4. Have friends or family members expressed concern about how much you gamble?
  5. Do you feel restless, anxious, or irritable when you are unable to gamble?

There is no shame in recognising a gambling problem. The first step is always the hardest, but help is always available. z999's support team treats every inquiry with full confidentiality and zero judgment.

Responsible Gaming FAQ

Self-exclusion is a formal request to close your z999 account and block yourself from accessing the platform for a specified period (6 months, 1 year, or permanently). To apply, contact our support team at [email protected] with the subject line 'Self-Exclusion Request'. The exclusion takes effect immediately, and during the exclusion period you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Permanent exclusion cannot be reversed.

Yes. z999 allows you to set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits directly from your account settings under the Responsible Gaming section. Once set, a reduction takes effect immediately. If you want to increase a limit, a mandatory 24-hour waiting period applies to give you time to reconsider. You can also ask our support team to set a limit on your behalf.

Use the Time-Out feature in your account settings. You can choose a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, your account is suspended — you cannot log in, deposit money, or place any bets. Your account and balance are preserved and fully restored once the time-out expires. This is ideal when you feel you need a short break to regain perspective.

Common warning signs include: spending more than you can afford, borrowing money to gamble, neglecting work or family obligations, feeling anxious or irritable when not gambling, chasing losses, and lying to others about how much you gamble. If two or more of these apply to you, we recommend using our time-out or self-exclusion tools and seeking professional guidance immediately.

Yes. In addition to z999's own self-exclusion tools, you can use third-party blocking software such as Gamban or similar apps available on Android to restrict access to betting sites. You may also contact your internet service provider in Bangladesh to request site-level blocking. Combining z999 self-exclusion with a device-level blocker provides the strongest possible protection.
